Seattle - Around Town

Summer is at an end which means a good time to bike around town
and check out all the neighborhoods to see what's going on.

Members start out biking from Gasworks Park to the Ballard Locks
on their way to Magnolia Bluffs to check out Puget Sound.

From Magnolia everyone catches the downtown bike trail to the Seattle
Waterfront and the International District for snacks and socializing.

After some nourishment, it's back on the bikes and south along Beacon Ave
to Columbia City, then west through the neighborhoods to Seward Park.

From the park it's north along the shores of Lake Washington,
past the Arboretum to the University of Washington.

Without a doubt it was a fun day of cycling though a bit hilly
going up and down all those hills across Seattle.
